Successful launch of Coperion’s Horizontal Fluidbed Separator (HFS)

Orlando/USA, April 4, 2012 – Coperion will show its Horizontal Fluidbed Separator (HFS ) at NPE 2012, booth no. 6463, West Hall. Coperion’s HFS was first introduced to the market in 2010 and this efficient, space-saving elutriator is currently successfully being used in numerous plastics plants for pellet cleaning operation. It offers superb fines separation performance, over a wide variety of compounded products and is available for small throughputs starting with approximately 800 kg/h. With its compact design, small footprint and minimal vertical height, the energy and air consumption of the separator is very low.
